Mr. Yoder, student teacher at PCHS, and his classes reenacted scenes from MacBeth. The group scene is of the apparition that appears to Macbeth to mislead him into thinking he is invincible. The other is where Macduff defeats Macbeth and presents Macbeth's head in victory. Working hard on MacBeth.

Here is the brochure that the PCHS JAG students designed and work first place with at the regional competition. It will be PCHS JAG at the state competition. Chapter brochures are developed by a team of students to positively promote the JAG program and recruit new members. The purpose is to encourage chapter members to demonstrate their creative abilities by creating a marketing brochure which promotes Jobs for America’s Graduates and the local chapter. #ChargerPride

Pike Central Vocational Welding students attended Career Day activities at the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 136 Training Facility in Evansville, Indiana on February 24, 2023. The students were taken on a tour of the facility by Training Coordinator Jason Blondin and Assistant Training Coordinator Jason Ross. Students learned about entry into the apprenticeship and accelerated welding program, along with wage and benefit packages. Students were provided lunch and were given an opportunity to weld in the facility on various groove welds and pipe joints. The Welding 2 students were given the opportunity to apply and test for the accelerated welding program beginning in June, 2023, following graduation.
Real life experiences are so important for all of our students. Thanks to Mr. Kevin Carter for arranging this for the welding students. #ChargerPride
